General Rules:
1. No harassment or hate speech.
2. No prop abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: prop spam, prop killing, prop blocking, prop surfing, etc.
3. No RDM or RDA.
4. Obey NLR -- Don't seek out revenge after death and don't raid the same base immediately after death. Wait a reasonable amount of time.
5. Bases must be raidable. No obviously unfair defender advantages. Raiders must have a reasonable chance to succeed.
6. Respect staff members. Anything not listed in these rules is up to the staff members' discretion. (Obviously, staff members can make mistakes or abuse power. If you think a staff member is in the wrong, please make a Report Abuse thread in the appropriate forum section.)

General Guidlines:

• FearRP is not a rule on OSDRP. If you are getting mugged, you may pull out a weapon to defend yourself. If you draw your weapon too slowly, you will die.
  
• Wars are allowed. A gang -- including PD -- may declare war on a rival gang using /advert. For the war to begin, both parties must agree. During a war, opposing gang members are KOS and you may raid their bases freely (while obeying NLR). A war is over once one of the gang leaders concedes the war in /advert.
  
• Mega bases and KOS areas are allowed, but within reason. Do not take up more space than is necessary.
  
• Toll booths blocking off areas of the map are only allowed to be built by the Mayor's orders.
  
• If you have questions about a certain job, look at the job description in the F4 menu.
